In this meeting now that we had finally agreed on the song that we were going to use for our music video, we commenced developing our idea which involved a news reporter further, taking inspiration from Enter Shikari's Arguing With Thermometers. This idea would enable us to feature intertextuality within our music video giving it something more than what was just visible on the surface. Furthering our idea, we started to come up with news anchors in various different locations which the host could link back to and this eventually started to develop into different job titles where different props, costume and locations would be used to establish the scene and what was happening.
